Pros

I enjoy the WFH aspect of working at DI. The coworkers I work with are mostly fun, like-minded and don't take themselves too seriously. We have a goal in mind and work together to achieve it.

Cons

The company culture has turned much more corporate in the past few years which I don't enjoy but it thankfully hasn't had an impact on the type of people who join the company.

Remote work, competitive pay, great training, low stress, good worklife balance, management is very transparent with company trajectory and goals and how our work is impacting those goals.
