      Pros

      Lots of areas you can apply yourself to grow, but that's not a unique feature of the company

      Cons

      Upper leadership here is full of morons, they regularly forget their own commitments and blame middle management and below for their own mistakes. Headcount needs to be growing yet they can't handle what they already have. The CTO and CEO lack respect for their employees, one shouldn't have to raise their voice to make a point, one shouldn't be subjected to witnessing shouting matches in the middle of the floor, weekly meetings shouldn't feel like integrations. If you join prepare for micromanagement and outdated tech.

      Pros

      My project for the summer was both of manageable difficulty and near boundless extensibility. Feedback from other engineers is rapid, everybody in the office is friendly, and you are treated on the same footing as any other employee. The company is relatively small, so things move quickly, and, even as an intern, one can expect to see real impact. Also, DataVisor's product is very cool and unique.

      Cons

      The shower is located in a different building and often isn't accessible in the morning (unfortunate if you want to cycle to work).

      Supportive peers but low pay and high turnover

      Pros

      Supportive peers, nothing much other than that.

      Cons

      Very low pay considering how heavy the workload is. The leadership is shortsighted and don’t see the employees as capital. The turnover rate is getting much higher leaving a big mess.
