      Pros

      - Company is focused on solving real problems with cutting edge technology - Great talents all around, majority from ivy league schools - Meritorious culture, young talents, great food options(lunch and dinner) and plenty of opportunities to prove, lead and drive things.

      Cons

      - Occasional overtimes - Given the amazing work the company does, sometimes I feel the company is short of engineering resources.

      Great Place to Work/Learn/Create Value

      Pros

      Most of Employees are between 20-30s Company has very active atmosphere All of us are willing to work hard majority of engineers are PhDs or masters people are easy to work with easy access to exports it's a start up company so you got to do a lot of exciting projects provides both lunch and dinners 3 weeks of PTO each year

      Cons

      snacks are not so tasty, and don't have much fruits available WFH policy is relatively strict Sometimes you will need to works at night (depending on what team you are in)

      Pros

      Amazing technology unrivaled in the space. Customers and investors beating down our door and incredibly impressed by our capabilities. Strong patent portfolio and experienced management. Fun but frugal attitude in the office means we aren't selling our souls to investors for an unreasonable valuation. Reasonable work life balance and good location for peninsula commute. As software continues to eat the world, spammers and fraudsters ability to inflict damage will grow. Manual techniques currently being used will be overwhelmed and it will be big data techniques like DataVisor's that will create the wave of the future. This is a company poised to grow and I'm lucky I was able to join at such an early stage.

      Cons

      Rapid growth means you wear many hats and work can at times be chaotic. We need to accelerate recruiting to meet customer demand.
