      Nice coworkers with good backgrounds. A lot to learn from. Chances to take on ownership of tasks.

      Cons

      Lots of after-work hours. Employees' voices can not be heard. Employees' feelings can be hurt.

      People are genuinely open and friendly, there's a lot going on (its a scale-up after all), and your input is taken into account when deciding important things for the future of the company.
