Pros

Nice office. Free lunch 3 days a week.

Cons

Toxic leadership team who do not listen to the people and decisions are made top down. Experienced and seen leadership bullying employees out of their position. Toxic team environment where managers do not have your back and leadership promote individualism. This creates a lonely work environment. Burnt out is the norm within members of the EMEA payroll team due to constant high demands and workloads. No recognition for doing good work. You will get promoted from pleasing leadership. Out of 5 hiring in the past year 4 resigned within the EMEA payroll team.
