Pros

Really nice company to work on. The company is growing everyday. There’s a lot of benefits: - really interesting work and product; - awesome on-boarding and welcome pack; - nice atmosphere; - pro / personal life balance is fine; - catered meals 3 times a week; - free snacks / drinks all week; - really great health insurance (for you and your spouse, children); - a lot of possibilities to travel with at least one trip to New York per year (plane, hotel, food paid by the company); - a huge possibility to move internally (New York, Boston, Dublin) or to work in remote (San Francisco, Toulouse, London, Tokyo, Sydney...); - good development prospects; - referral bonuses; - Game Center: foosball / PlayStation / switch; - paid gym (75%); - child care; - stock options (RSUs); - participation bonus; - transport reimbursement.

Cons

If I really had to say something I would say that they “only” reimburse 50% of the transports cost

Pros

This is a great place to work, there's not a lot of bureaucracy and everyone wants to push the product forward. Lots of good technologies (go, python, es6/react), smart and friendly engineers, great snacks/food/office perks. The CEO and CTO are really committed to their company and are accessible, which can be rare in a company of that size. Very good work culture also: no blaming, systematic post mortem and great accountability to the clients.

Cons

This field needs 5 words to be valid, but for real, nothing to say here!

Unplanned recruitment

Pros

The salary is reasonable. The products are excellent. The benefits are good. The working environment is also well taken care of.

Cons

Due to single-minded micromanagement, if your territory is not good, you will be pushed into a corner unnecessarily. It is unreasonable that you will not be included in the evaluation unless the usage fee is agreed upon in advance. Since it is ultimately a monitoring tool, it cannot be promoted unless it is for an important IT system. When customers are concerned about cost, even if you have an advantageous product, you may lose the project to another company.
