      + Collaborative environment: I feel like I can reach out to any team for help or further information + Growth Potential: Management will work with you, to explore any path I would like software eng, product manager, management, and even sales + Benefits: Awesome benefits including a Fitness Reimbursement and pet insurance/adoption

      Cons

      - Growing Pains: We are growing rapidly, so we are hitting some growing pains, but management is doing a great job hearing us out and prioritizing finding solutions - Compensation: A little lower than the industry average for salary, but makes up for it with Stock Compensation

      Great Company To Work For

      Pros

      One of the best products in its field makes it an easy sell and keeping retainment high. Company consistently reinvests in the product which gives confidence that they believe in what they are doing and where they are going. Co-founders are still heavily involved in the DTD and just get it. They consistently treat employees with great respect and value Clients love the product which makes for an easy conversation. Benefits are top notch including Stock that is given once hired.

      Cons

      Still growing the product and its offerings which leads some growing pains. Some processes are a bit redundant and need to be more efficient Murky waters and process for promotion

      Not easy, BUT WORTH IT!

      Pros

      + One of the most driven, get-it-done cultures I've experienced + The incumbent sales leadership in SG is a huge pro - especially on the commercial sales level. Truly intelligent and they understand the need for teamwork to win complex, yet high-velocity deals. They really want you to GROW, and take the time to mentor you WITHOUT "blaming" culture. Very rare! + Your team and leadership will absolutely rally around you as you get out there to win deals. There will always be some naysayers, but if you're someone that wants to perform at a high-level and understands it won't always be easy, this company WILL push you to get there

      Cons

      + Not necessarily a "con", more of a fact: APAC will not have as many resources compared to other regions (US, EMEA, etc.) so you'd need a GET IT DONE mindset + You'd need a baseline aptitude for technology to do well - or at least the ability to grasp concepts quickly. It's a complex product, not turnkey at all
