Pros

If you are in new home sales, David Weekley Homes is a phenomenal builder to work for. The role requires hard work and can be stressful at times, but you are representing a high-quality builder that truly cares about its employees. The bonus structure is strong, and the benefits are competitive and well thought out. Leadership is supportive, and there is a real emphasis on company culture and integrity.

Cons

Like any new home sales role, the position is demanding and fast-paced, which can be challenging during peak sales periods. Work weekends.
