Lack of growth opportunities. This company has big goals and great vision but doesn't need what they need to do to get them to the next level. I believe a lot of the reason why people have left is just due to lack of growth opportunities within the organization. You also have a 90 day probation period before you get health benefits. For a full time internal employee that's just un heard of anymore. People can't wait for healthcare.

The Davis Companies chews up employees and spits them out. Whenever they get into trouble they fire multiple people without any notice and catch people completely off guard. This has nothing to do with COVID either because they have done it for as long as I can remember. Most of the good employees leave or get randomly fired. The only way to make this company a long term option is to become buddies with the executive team and none of them have any idea how to run a business. For anyone looking to join a professional environment.. this is not the place. The amount of inappropriate relationships and drama that goes on at company events is enough to turn off real career driven people and will never allow them to be successful. This company is so shady, and they will do whatever they can to hide that image but anyone that has ever worked there will confirm it. I know for a fact that whenever a bad review gets posted on this site they tell employees to write fake 5 star reviews to try and cover for them. On top of all of that, they have horrible benefits and the pay is awful. Seriously STAY AWAY!
