Great stepping stone to get into a good company

Great communication with recruiter. I applied for the position online. There was constant communication throughout the whole process. I was assigned downtown Atlanta, GA at a really good firm. The Professional Engineer I worked under was willing to train me, and he trained me using MicroStation, AutoCAD. I got to work on projects from Fortune 500 companies. We did a site visit. I also did a presentation. Everyone was very professional.

Cons

Tempt to hire. You have to make it through probationary period to get a higher salary and receive full benefits from the company you worked for.

Decent benefits. Good coworkers. Fairly flexible.

Cons

Executive leadership is an echo chamber. Only want to hear what they want to hear. Differing opinions and ideas threaten and will be pushed out. Most talented people outgrow this organization after a few years and move on.

Great management and culture! Overall office is very team oriented and highly focused on meeting not just the overall team goal but individual's as well. Ton of opportunities to move on up and management will take time to invest (leadership classes, certs, networking events, etc) in you.

Cons

Base salary is not the best. Commission plan changed last year and helped a ton.
