Great support from management/corporate/AVPs. Good work environment, beautiful product.

Cons

Health insurance is a bit pricey, but that's my only complaint.

We have found that excellent employees create excellent apartment communities; as a result we only hire those whom we believe will contribute to and improve one of our leasing teams. This is an attitude that we carry over to the corporate level as well; we are always trying to improve as a company.
