The people are so wonderful and caring! The culture is one of over achievers, but at the same time with a caring approach. The leadership truly cares about the people.

Cons

The company is really terrific and there is not much that could be better. There are just so many great things about this organization.

This is company who has everyone's best interest at heart. One of the best parts about working for Davis is that you are given a clothing allowance. All of the communities are beautiful and the staff is great to work with.

Cons

Benefits are not the best for PTO in the first year.

Davis builds top quality product and are a pleasure to work for . From the Area Supervisors to all the staff at the corporate office. They are always willing to give a helping hand. They also spare no expense. They give you the tools to succeed.

Cons

They just need to continue improving each community like they have been.
