Great Commissions, Great Bensfits, Fun People... Davis is a fun place to work. The pay and benefits are awesome! Busy offices, lots to lease and very rewarding company!!! I also, love the people I work with. We are all like family here at Davis! BEST company ever!

Great benefits package, great commission rates, lease up, friendly HR & Management, good base pay, ample PTO, great work environment, friendly coworkers, paperless files.

Cons

Too many different programs used during the leasing process.

The Regional manager was best friends with the manager. It’s all about favorites. They tell you that they will/can replace you in a heart beat
