•amazing corporate office and upper staff •the best incentives and pay out of all of the property management companies I’ve worked for • great work hours, changing with the seasons •AMAZING commissions for completed and approved leases •awesome employees that created a family like atmosphere in the office •beautiful properties

Cons

•being a development company, once the property is leased to 100%, it will sell to a new company and you’ll pretty much be laid off

It is great to hear how much you enjoyed your time with us at Davis. We do want our employees to realize how much we appreciate their work on-site. Without you there are no leases! While we had to leave Ft Worth for a few months, we will be back and hopefully our paths will cross again. Thank you so much for all of your kind remarks.

Cons

Only con is they build to sell so if you can not relocate you will either have to work for new owners and management or leave in hopes they will return to your area.

We always plan on returning to cities where we have established great relationships! We are a happy family and parting from one another is tough. We always know that we will see each other again and that is something we look to – Family Reunions!

We want you to know how much we appreciate you and what you contribute to Davis Development! While a huge part of leasing is working a lot of weekends, we do increase the pay for working weekends not making you have to come in & make up those few hours with a half-day during the week. Additionally, since Saturday and Sunday are the top producing leasing days you make a lot of money…! Thank you for taking the time to give us some great feedback!
