Thank you so much for taking the time to write a 5 Star review. We are excited you are enjoying your time with Davis - we truly are a family group! Unfortunately, because the properties are beautiful, in amazing locations, and well-managed they are really attractive to real estate buyers thus they might sell. However, we love that because of a sale we can build more new communities often allowing us to reunite our previous teams!

Sitting down with our employees and listening to what they see right there on the ground is very important to all of our corporate staff, especially the Senior Management. We do all we can to aid in the success of the employees that are working to lease our homes to wonderful residents. We do try to bring back employees we can and certainly if an associate can move to another geographic location, there tends to be more opportunity.
