I love everything about Davis. I’ve never felt so much support from upper management. Competitive pay, amazing leasing bonuses, and a great corporate office.

Cons

Insurance is kind of expensive, but other than that no complaints.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We do believe we have one of, if not the best cultures. We think that happy and motivated teams make the entire community positive and fun. While the insurance might be a bit pricey, it’s pretty good insurance. Having good insurance is the trade-off when it comes to good medical plans… We do subsidize our employee coverage cost over 60% - so if you are only covering yourself it is not too bad.

Our leadership continues to equip us with the training we need to stay current in an ever changing industry. Lee and Michelle are always asking us "what it is that we need" as well as "are you okay". The commission structure is awesome and the best I have seen in my 10 year career here in the DFW.

Cons

Beautiful products and attractive NI's can only yield one thing; hungry buyers. However, I knew this coming in and understand that this comes with the territory.

We do want to know what is needed at the property level to make your job easier or more efficient; plus every one of us at Davis Management worked on-site at some point and we do not take what you do making us successful for granted. Company treats you like you are disposable. They are very racist. There are a lot of clicks. They think they can treat you however they like because they “pay a lot”.
