The culture of our company is a reflection of the incredible associates we employ. Each employee is empowered to do great things to reach their goals as well as the organization’s goals. In allowing this engaging environment it is fun and challenging and gives all of us a sense of accomplishment and pride in the work we do. Since we are a developer, we do in fact value transparency. As soon as we are under contract to sell, we make sure to start the planning process with the staff. If we can take our superstar performers with us to another lease-up, we will. Sometimes the geography doesn’t work at the time, but we tend to continue to build in areas where we have been before…so be sure to be on the lookout!
