Appreciate you taking the time to share this, even if it didn’t end the way either of us would’ve wanted. We’re not a perfect company, and we don’t pretend to be. When you’ve got a growing portfolio across multiple states, consistency is something you have to work at every single day, and we do. That said, a few things matter to us: We don’t believe in favoritism; we believe in performance, accountability, and people who show up for their teams and residents daily. Our Regional leaders are hands-on by design. That’s not for everyone, but it’s how we stay close to the business and support our onsite teams in real time. And culture here matters. A lot.
