Pros

Good pay for part time work. All your doing is loading and unloading freight on a forklift so not difficult.

Cons

No benefits for part time. Early morning hours. No chance to move up or even get full time. They play favorites alot so people that the supervisors like get more hours and better treatment.

Pros

Generous benefits, competitive wages, and strict adherence to company values. Driver's are respected and treated fairly. Dayton Freight Lines work environment is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Uniforms are provided and ascribed duties are often predictable. DFL is an investment opportunity for any prospective employee.

Cons

Equipment. DFL needs to make changes to its aging and ailing truck fleet.
