Pros

Very good entry level pay and reliable hours. Company culture is authentic and professional. They care about listening and providing a voice to employees, even part time.

Cons

Theres a high level of exposure to the elements. During the winter its no different than working outside in the coldest of winter and hottest of summer. Your expected to protect yourself from the elements of cold and heat. Sometimes they provide hand warmers but its not consistent and its not nearly enough to provide adequate warmth.

Pros

Pay is great, no work life balance. It’s LTL so that’s something you know going in to it. Dayton is getting more and more corporate every year and employees are becoming more numbers rather than people. When I started we were half the size we are now and they’re getting too big for their britches.
