      Pros

      DeVry prides itself on creating a work environment where people feel part of a team. Whether you are in home office or in the field, you feel connected. The flexibility of scheduling, generous time off, and remote opportunities make for a nice work/life balance and I know that my supervisor, at least, really cares about her team. As far as large companies go, I think Devry does a good job of keeping the team informed of changes and initiatives

      Cons

      We need to go back to our roots and focus on degrees that get people jobs. Rather than have majors in everything, return to your roots as a technical school and be the strongest technical school. With so many options out there for continued education, it is hard to compete with the growing number of schools with programs for adult learners.
