      * Great collaboration and teamwork between all departments on campus * Passionate, brilliant, talented, caring faculty * Dedicated, hardworking student support advisors * Above average pay and benefits * Somewhat flexible working hours

      * Organizational priorities favor aggressive marketing at the grievous expense of student support * Employees at the campus level are overburdened as a result of repeated layoffs * Organizational structure and direction change frequently * Layoffs and firings are increasing in frequency while generally decreasing in strategic value

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling allowed for good work life balance. The salary wasn't too bad either, but they changed the comp plan to restrict you from getting bonuses at one point.

      Cons

      The managers were horrible. They loved to play favorites and allowed the nuisance employees to run the show so that the people who actually worked had to constantly question their actions.
