The CEO is the worst! She makes fun of her employees to "senior staff". She chooses a couple of women to be close to her and gets them to spy on other members of staff. She is a micromanager and doesn't allow employees to actually do their jobs. She flaunts the fact that the company makes a lot of money but underpays most employees. Deccan will give you a title that decent, but make you work overtime without compensation. This is because everyone is a salaried employee. There were employees I worked with who were pregnant and were forced to take sick time and pay cuts when attending to doctor appointments. The company's practices are questionable to say the least. Any favorable reviews this company receives are from current employees that have been asked to give a positive rating. Stay away if you can! This company is a nightmare to work for!
