This company is dedicated to serving the Public Safety agencies that serve all of us - Fire and EMS departments. The clients that we work with are some of the hardest-working and most self-sacrificing individuals in any field. Deccan is team-oriented but also rewards personal effort and achievement. There is room for rapid advancement for those who show the necessary aptitude for succeeding in a fast paced and fluid work environment. There is plenty of vacation time every year and the company even gives a bonus holiday to the entire staff once a month - just in appreciation of all the hard work that we do.
Cons
We are a small company and occasionally have to make difficult business decisions about where to focus our resources; however, every decision is made with the best interests of employees and clients in mind.
