      Flexible work schedules depending on office. 2 day per pay period in the office.

      Cons

      Not alot of upper promotional opportunities. Management isn't diverse.

      Pros

      Government benefits, training opportunities, work-life balance. Can be put on teams with truly awesome people.

      Cons

      Unfair and inconsistent treatment of interns/recent grads. Some get told they will receive higher starting salaries and incentives than others for reasons that are inconsistent and not backed up but any real policies. The recent grad developmental program also adds frustrating amounts of extra work and unclear requirements.

      Divisions and lines of business are blurred at times. Multiple groups working on the same thing without proper collaboration.
