Pros

Only pros are the benefits

Cons

Management for the sub or by work for is just ripping everything apart. They don't care about the employees or the mission and they're just failing. One of the biggest shortfalls is pay. I'm doing work that should be getting paid eight steps higher than what I am and management doesn't care.

Pros

The benefits package, vacation & sick leave are adequate. I have grown tremendously in my roles with this Agency.

Cons

The DoD isn't easy if you want to grow and grab opportunity.
