DISA absolutely hates disabled employees, and they will stop at nothing to ruin their lives just to maintain their own bottom line. They will openly discriminate against your disabilities by exploiting them for their own benefit and profit, and then they will turn around and use your own disabilities against you to dispose of you when they are done with you. For example, they will pay you lower wages and actively prevent you from getting promoted if you are disabled, even if you are very good at your job. Just stay away.

Leadership is INSANE. A requirements office that micromanages and never lets you close out a project. Annoys the entire agency with their silly tasks and ultimately makes their analyst look incompetent but it’s not them it’s the leadership. The turnover is high for a reason… management doesn’t leave but the Analyst do!
