Pros

they seem to have pretty good upward mobility and allowing people to move around different departments.

Cons

they are extremely disorganized. depending on which location you work at they do things differently despite being an international organization that's supposed to bring uniformity to the military's telecommunications system.

Pros

Cons

GG payscale not gs No watching videos during down time No more telework due to Trump's EO (majority of staff is not ok with it) Union deductions automatically taken away from everyone. Because of no telework the work/life balance is worse.
