I found a lack of ethics to be the prevalent attitude at all levels, but particularly at higher job levels. Morality was also missing.

The "Pathways Program" which Obama created to get young people involved in working for the Government has become the rule rather than the exception. I am a military veteran and I got passed over for promotion a number of times in favor of college students they recruited prior to graduating. I worked at Scott AFB. It is definitely a woman's world there. If you are a male veteran, don't even bother cause like me, you will get frustrated with lack of career opportunity and you will leave.
