Pros

Time off for traveling Europe is a definite plus. Other than that good luck finding something good to say besides getting COLA (most of us).

Cons

Old technology and definitely not on the cutting edge. Ideas not heard or respected from the field. True administration of systems done from multiple time zones away

Pros

Job Security is that of a federal agency, although this may change shortly

Cons

Leadership Competence is based on military members. Civilian leaders are more interested in supporting the other civilians.
