6yThank you for your review. DV Floral has taken steps to improve our staffing and our hours. Our goal during peak production is to have no longer than a 12 hours shift. In the past year, we have been very successful in obtaining this goal.
In addition, leadership is focused on taking necessary steps to ensure our people are happy, productive, and successful. Addressing employee issues and working with HR help foster a more enjoyable work atmosphere for all.

6yThank you for your review. DV Floral has taken steps to improve our staffing and our hours. Our receiving shifts are now almost fully staffed, and we have adjusted our hours to better accommodate our employees as well as the incoming truck schedules. We have also increased the pay at the receiver position.
Leadership recognizes that our people are our most important asset. As such, we are taking necessary steps to ensure our people are happy, productive, and successful.
