Thank you for your review. Leadership in many areas has changed in the past 1.5-2 years, and our focus is on providing a safe, efficient, enjoyable atmosphere to work in. Work Leaders and Supervisors are readily available on all shifts to support and lead our employees, and can address any issues that occur regarding work performance, attendance, etc.

Many of the management and supervisor level staff are new, and we are ensuring that we hold people accountable, while giving them the tools they need to be successful.
