Some of the upper management (department supervisors) are control freaks.

The place has very good managers, there is not too much oversight, the hours are flexible, and they respect hard work.

Cons

Some of the employees are very "colorful" and it easy to get bored with one job, while it is not easy to move into a different department if you need a change of venue.
