You’re so many cons I really can’t name them all. None of the managers actually know what they’re doing. They use foul language. It is minor they slavery. I can keep going on.

Very easy to take your vacation as long as it's not on a Monday for some people. Very good starter job but that's it. You can never get fired.

Cons

Well the supervision at a local and higher is very lacking. The communication is non existing. The worst thing I would have to say is the favoritism is atrocious. The pay is all out of wack an employee who has been there 6 years gets the same pay and vacation time as a new employee. Now pthat there are cameras watching every moment, in the warehouse and in the trucks (even as they monitor your GPS, speed, and braking). There is no room for advancement and most of the branches unless a supervisor quits.
