You can advance beyond warehouse positions, lots of opportunities for warehouse promotions too, operations managers hold round tables to get feedback w/ random people, started holding town halls to share info, always something to do even during downtime, lots of cross training, pay is good but sometimes the hours are less than 40,

Cons

Company is disorganized, less diverse outside warehouse/drivers, warehouse is very full, needs better/more bathrooms/breakroom, too many employees for team lead to manage, team lead are unprofessional, night shift work is until finish instead of set time, work comes in randomly throughout shift
