There are some nice coworkers which I will miss.

Cons

The senior management plays favorites on the return to office policy. I commuted a long way to work each day, only to find that a large amount of the employees in supply chain don’t show up to work at all(only when the VP from Napa comes to the office do they show), It’s no problem when certain people don’t show up to work but was always a huge problem when I didn’t. I spent a lot of money on gas, only to be held by a different set of rules than the other people.

Pay is reasonable for the workload. Safe workplace. Good communication. People are great.

Cons

Management lead you on to think everything is fine, when in fact, things are not fine. Then they lay off a bunch of people.
