Extrememly unorganized, direction changes constantly and the strategy is mnore about following the money than a product vision

Great place to develop technical skills and gain exposure to the restaurant environment. That said, the role is extremely demanding and consistently operates under high pressure. The backlog keeps growing, largely driven by questionable decision-making, with little to no sense of recognition or reward. There are also frequent “optional” meetings that are, in practice, mandatory. Attending them often requires multitasking—handling multiple interactions while staying engaged—which only adds to an already unmanageable workload.
