Pros

Hybrid work options (although they will complain that people don't come to the office - particularly the leads who come to the office every few weeks)

Cons

1) Management is hand picked based on ability to be at company "parties" instead of their ability to lead. Leads have no product knowledge (most of them are friendly with the founders and some are literal their family members - for example product managers) which leads to decisions that don't actually work in the actual day to day operations and meetings with supposed experts who can't answer any questions regarding the product. 2) Bonuses for your work and payslips will always be wrong - check your payslips twice if not thrice. 3) They will push for you to receive your bonus via stock options so they don't have to pay taxes... Red flag.. 4) As mentioned being a social butterfly is the preference for promotions (both lead and team leads openly said that if you don't join their parties you won't get promoted - even though these events often occur after work hours and are not paid). 5) Along with that expect slow HR and complaints to your team lead if you have any negative comment to make. 6) Salary is average-low specially considering the complex system that Deliverect is, but the CS Lead - who is still employed btw will tell you during meetings that you are paid very well... 7) You won't need to work too hard or even pay attention to what you're doing. If you're well liked and have no ability to judge anything critically your ability to do your job will never be questioned.

Pros

- People are friendly and very eager to work. They are the fuel to keep you working under the mountain of mess. - Remote work or hybrid. It is very flexible in this sense. Also paid transportation. - They make activities and events quite often.

Cons

Generally speaking, they don't keep up with what they promise. This apply to every sphere of work. A company which internal motto is 'fake it until you make it' (literally); gives one room to rethink your choices. Let's break down other company aspects: - Salary: Underpaid. - Management: Because there are multiple teams, you will be lucky to land on a good manager that can work under CEO level's temperament. In my team, mostly all managers left. No structured planning nor organisation whatsoever. The mentality was - we need to do this and we need to do it now, or simply move it to the next quarter. - Professional growth: This is questionable. Some people change positions. Not sure to what extend this is possible. - HR: Very slow. For example, it takes ages to reimburse expenses. - Culture: This is a tough one. People are friendly, and you help each other out. At a company level, they promote communication, there are friday afternoon drinks but! at a practical level, it is very rigid. If decisions are made, that's they way to go, no room for alternatives or change. The general company vibe is fear becasue many think making a mistake will result in being fired. Your are obviously replaceble at a blink of an eye.

Pros

- Good gifts, you can work remote

Cons

- Poor Salaries and no perks - No respect for Covid measures - Manager ask you to go to the office, even when the government recommends the opposite and you are a high risk patient - Peoples team is just non-existent . They don't care about career path, perks, amount of work, just nothing. - Don't believe in the values. There are no values. Modern slavery
