Pros

-Deliverect has a fantastic culture. Everyone working in the company is extremely positive, helpful, and rooting for each other’s success -The on-boarding process was great, lots of resources to get you on track - Latest technologies and great hardware provided to work with (literally everything you need) -Lots of opportunities for career advancement within your own team or other teams within the company -Lots of perks

Cons

-They could be a little more transparent with KPIs to achieve the bonus

- Good gifts, you can work remote

Cons

- Poor Salaries and no perks - No respect for Covid measures - Manager ask you to go to the office, even when the government recommends the opposite and you are a high risk patient - Peoples team is just non-existent . They don't care about career path, perks, amount of work, just nothing. - Don't believe in the values. There are no values. Modern slavery

Pros

Deliverect is truly an amazing company to work for. They REALLY care about their employees. The founders are seasoned and have an excellent track record of success with other leading companies. I worked for the Toronto team, run by the GM Noah who is smart as a whip and a great leader, which influences the entire team. The culture is top notch, they surprise their employees with gifts shipped to your house, and lots of team events/activities. Everyone works so hard and shares the same vision, I see only monumental success for this company. They are really invested in the growth of their employees. I started in the early days when the company was a scrappy startup and have participated in the growth over the past year, which has been mind blowing to say the least. Would highly recommend this company.
