Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging are fundamental to us, and something that we take very seriously and care deeply about. We are all ambassadors and advocates, and encourage anyone to come forward if they find behaviour or language within the company to be of concern to allow us to investigate this further as we have zero tolerance for any concerning behaviour. Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are always prioritised within our people strategy and we were delighted to talk to our teams on our Q4 All-Hands we are proud to launch our bespoke Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging workshops in 2022, which forms part of our company induction, and annual training. I have also noted your points regarding timezones of meetings, often working across 13 countries, which can sometimes bring us challenges when scheduling in different timezones. We are always trying to make any improvements as we can.
