- I feel the individual contributors and leaders of people and process are ready for transformation and desire change. - Friendly co-workers genuinely interested in the success of the company and also willing to help you both personally and professionally. - Organization generally adapted well to the Covid-19 epidemic

Cons

- I did not feel psychologically safe -Lacks adequate technical, transformational, executive leadership - I sensed an inability to delegate and or defer decisions downward even when those below were more qualified to make the decisions - Innovation seems to exist only in vestigial form - Cracking eggs in half in order to spread them into more baskets (prioritization struggles)

The only "pro" is they will pay you.

Cons

This company is awful, the culture in the company is to always point the finger at someone else. Management is completely inept, they will lie to you. You will work 6 days a week, they will set a goal and say if you reach this goal overtime will slow down. They've been changing the goal every time it's meet since the pandemic. Delta faucet doesn't care about its workers, unless you are related to someone higher up.
