Decent pay, average benefits, some good people.

Cons

The company will hire you in saying you will be working 5 days a week. Within 2 weeks that will become 13 out of 14 days. Every other Sunday off. HR and some of management are incompetent. Will write people up or fire them for something silly, but not attempt to reprimand others who have serious complaints such as sexual harassment against them. Toxic work environment.

There will always be something to NOT be happy about, but at Delta Faucet I have been given the opportunity to make something better. Innovative thinking is encouraged and there is always a willingness to consider and accept change for the better.

Higher starting pay than most of the area. 80 vacation in first year. On site gym.

Cons

Pay is basically capped. Out of 80 hours of vacation be prepared to use about half to cover for days they'll not work through out the year or go without pay. Under educated and zero skill individuals in positions of leadership. Unprofessional work environment. Inconsistent work schedules. Massive differences in positions of the same title. Underhanded retaliation methods. Lack of a grievance avenue. Lack of general communication. Policy inconsistencies. Favoritism. Clear and open drugs and alcohol use.
