Working at Deltek has been a meaningful experience. What stands out most is the strong teamwork and supportive environment. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with great people across different teams, especially during high-pressure projects where everyone stepped up to deliver. I’ve also grown a lot thanks to leaders who trust and guide without micromanaging. Their feedback and encouragement have helped me build confidence and improve how I work with customers. Deltek’s culture of learning has pushed me to keep growing, whether through team knowledge-sharing or just picking up new skills on the job. One area I think we can keep improving is streamlining some cross-team processes—but I’ve seen a real openness to feedback, which makes me feel heard. All in all, it’s a place where people care, do great work together, and keep finding ways to grow.
