For most employees in India working from home, it would be great to have a reimbursement policy for WFH setup which is usually available everywhere so that’s one area i believe which could improve.

Also, while there are in-person reconnects every two years, I personally feel meeting at least once a year would help build stronger collaboration, healthier work relationships, and better cross-team bonding — especially in a remote setup.
