      Supportive management, consideration toward employees, opportunities to grow and learn new roles within the company, innovative and new systems to keep the company up to standards we come to expect in healthcare, friendly teammates and the overall atmosphere is just respectful and relaxed even on the busiest day we are able to focus on our job but have fun doing it

      Cons

      turn around rate of employees, I am not exactly sure why so many have come and gone but I can only assume it is for more personal reasons than that of the company and management.

      Having joined the company recently, I have found the organization to be fair and honest. Leadership is open to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. We have a great team of professionals and administrative staff who strive for excellence in patient care.
