During the pandemic the company did not lay off any staff, employment and income for staff were held steady. The company helps over 100,000 patients with real health needs each year and staff plan an important role where they can be proud of what the achieve helping people each day. The company cares about its staff and tries to treat them with dignity and respect. Overall, I think it is a great company with responsible and caring leadership and room for any employee to grow or build a career.
