Where do I begin,the sad part about this is that ,the state is either completely oblivious to the conditions of this place or just turn a blind eye.If you have a degree in social work and do not want to get it tainted ,DO OT WORK HERE,This company takes no responsibility for its inability to provide adequate staffing,compensation or anything else that a worker should get.The pay is ridiculously embarrassing considering they have upper management that walk around doing absolutely nothing but complain and act pompous.These people are vicious.The amount of work they expect from you and what they pay is an abomination.A disgusting disgrace because the children in their care shouldn't have such a high turnover of staff that they get attached to but are disposed of easily.They have managed to portray themselves ad sell the company in a deceitful way .Completely misrepresenting themselves.These children need staff that actually feel appreciated and are well compensated to enjoy working there.It still baffles me how they keep acquiring more agencies,It shows the state of the human and social services state in MA. The system is a shame! Not only will you be stressed ,the incompetent superiors will never defend you,you will have to take the fall for everything,even though they are well aware of how incredulous the place is.These superiors are incompetent people who attained those positions merely because they worked they for 10 years or so.
