Pros

Helping the Medicare population to navigate the healthcare system and managing their health conditions for better health outcomes. Work from home Salary

Cons

Managers micro-manage staff constantly. Over-loaded schedules, no work life balance, forced overtime in order to meet metrics that are unattainable. Policies and procedures change daily. Lack of resources. Chaotic Lack of diversity

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m glad to hear that you enjoy helping our members navigate medicare and our healthcare system, as well as the great perks of working from home and generous salary. We take our internal culture, diversity and approach to work/life balance very seriously, and do whatever we can to make working at Devoted a delightful experience. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with each of these has been less than optimal. Currently, we are in hyper growth and as a result, our policies and procedures do change frequently to make sure we are compliant and attentive to member needs and wants. As a growing company in a highly regulated environment, we do have high expectations and standards which is why there is frequent change. We recognize that not all experiences are the same and we welcome the opportunity to chat further with you about the thoughts and experiences you’ve listed. If you’d like to discuss further, please reach out to us at talent@devoted.com.

Pros

In just a very short time in the Medicare Advantage market, Devoted Health has one of the highest member approval ratings of any Medicare Advantage plan. That's a tribute to their investment in competitive health plans, benefits, and Customer Service. Customer Service Reps are allowed to take the time needed to address all of a member's issues or concerns, no matter how simple or complex they may be.

Cons

Their customer service reps are a one-stop shop so there's a wide knowledge base you need to develop to effectively address whatever comes your way, however there are plenty of resources (documentation and people) able to help you through that development.
