Pros

I see now that I’m not the only one experiencing this. At first, I thought highly of Devoted — everything seemed great in the beginning. But it didn’t take long before things changed. I now have a supervisor who is extremely unprofessional. She displayed her witchcraft spell books to the team, openly brags about how detailed the sex novels she reads are, and uses profanity during one-on-one meetings. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate for a professional setting and creates a very uncomfortable environment. I truly loved working for Devoted at first, but the leadership is disappointing. I regret leaving my previous job for this one. I did better in Telesales than I do now in Member Services. As a Tier 2 employee, I’ve been given more and more responsibilities with no additional pay. The starting pay sounds great, but the deeper you go, the more the company starts to feel like a complete letdown.

Cons

Starting pay is very good.

Pros

You learn how to backstab people. This place is pretty good at it.

Cons

People always act nice during interviews, tricking you into thinking it’s a great place to work. Once you're in, you're cooked. Backstabbing, no support, endless piles of work — all while they smile and tell you to "make sure you don't work too late." My mental and physical health both took a massive hit while I was there. Honestly, I'm glad I jumped ship when I did — if I hadn't, I might literally be insane by now.
