Pros

I live Devoted Health’s mission and how we take care of our members

Cons

The culture is going downhill fast. Decisions being made that do not align with “How we roll” what so ever. Really disappointed, because I loved this company.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us as an IHC Nurse Practitioner. We’re happy to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with our healthcare benefit offerings, but we’re sorry to hear the majority of your experience has not been positive and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. For the IHC Nurse Practitioner role, a maximum number of visits in a day is six with many days of 3-4 appointments. On call is limited to one weekend day a quarter for 4 hours, and no after hours patient coverage. Hours of chart preparation and note closure is not the expectation and has not been the norm for many nurse practitioners in IHC. We are in a hyper-growth stage and as a result, our policies, procedures, goals, and even our technology do change frequently to make sure we are compliant and attentive to member needs and wants. As a growing company in a highly regulated environment, we do have high expectations and standards, which is why there is frequent change. We pride ourselves on being able to offer incredibly rich medical benefits to our internal employees, so we regret to hear you did not have this experience regarding your prescription benefits. Like any Rx formulary, there are medications that may be excluded. Generally, there will be covered alternatives and employees can work with their prescribing physician in cases where those alternatives won't work. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your perspective so we can learn. If you’d like to continue the conversation, please reach out claire.campbell@devoted.com or the Devoted Talent Team at talent@devoted.com. Thanks again, Claire Campbell, Medical Director, and Devoted Health Talent Team

Pros

Wonderful benefits and great PTO

Cons

There are people in upper management who are horrible and belittle all those below them. Never reprimanded when multiple people have gone to HR regarding it. Completely kills the culture of the company.
